Point Emerald Villas A-305 is a Third Floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo in the Point Emerald Villas Gated, Private Oceanfront Condominium Complex tucked into the sought-after secluded western end of the island locally referred to as The Point. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all!

Enjoy views from the Covered Deck with Furniture! Central HVAC and High Speed Wireless Internet for your comfort and convenience! Living Area with Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, access to the Deck, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath. Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

We Could Not Have Asked for Better!

This condo is everything advertised and more. We were so lucky to discover this gem for our mother/daughter girls trip. Right on the beach, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool facilities were also clean and well kept. The location of this property is also amazing. Just a little out of the hub of EI so the beaches aren’t crowded, but close enough you can bike to several restaurants. We will definitely be visiting this location again! 5 stars aren't enough!
