Point Emerald Villas E-202 is a Second Floor Oceanside 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Condo in the Point Emerald Villas Gated, Private Oceanfront Condominium Complex tucked into the sought-after secluded western end of the island locally referred to as The Point. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all!

Central HVAC, 3 TVs including Flat Panel TVs with Basic Cable and Smart TV with access to streaming apps, and Wireless High Speed Internet for your comfort and convenience! Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin Beds, TV, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
