“The communication and check-in was a breeze. The view was an instant mental reset, especially at sunrise and sunset! Very safe and relaxing atmosphere. The table tennis was entertaining for all ages. The kitchen and sink are generously sized. Will likely be fixed by busy season but. a couple of pointers to stayers in the near future: the ice machine ?may not work well? (or could've been user error or maint needed)front bathroom toilet isn't broken, just jiggle the handle after useI only saw 3……

“House is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It’s perfect for an adult getaway. We went with our adult children to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house ”

“The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the……

“The beach was just right over the dunes from us and visible from our room. Everything you need in a compact area. We were able to get groceries to cook a little and enjoyed the beach without having to leave in the car.”

“It was a nice place to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with everything. Towels and wash clothes in bathroom so no need to bring any. It was cozy. ”

“The house was beautiful and clean, had stunning views and was so peaceful! The only issue we had was that we booked this house for November for the heated pool, only to be told after we had arrived by the pool cleaners that we had to pay extra for it to have been heated. Which was incredibly disappointing as it was listed as a “heated pool” in the description and not an “optional heated”. Overall we loved the house, and would love to stay again in the future, but we wished they had been more……

“First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not……
