"The lady who checked us in was so polite and friendly. We had a great conversation with her. She could also see on our booking notes that I requested for a late check-out on the day of our departure due to our flight being at night. She promised a 4pm check-out time which was so appreciated by us. Our room was spotless, spacious and just beautiful. It was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay for us. Thank you very much for making our 10th wedding anniversary what it was!"

"The stay was very good in every way: the food, the service from all the staff, the clean rooms—just two minor issues. They advertise that all their rooms have smart TVs, but room 330 did not. Another detail not mentioned on the website is that access to Soluna Beach is not free and requires a fee."
