“Our stay was amazing! Very nice cabins with a great view of the beach! They have multiple areas to hang out in! Owners are very nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommended for anyone who’s planning a staycation! ”

“Vevy nice and cozy. ”

“Property was very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Yes, the host was very welcoming. The setting was perfect. We enjoyed the outside amenities.”

“very good place to stay”

“Great home, Just wish the thermostat would go higher than 75. It was freezing. ”

“Lydia was very accommodating when we had to change the time of our trip, she was a life-saver! The house was just as described. It was what we needed for the trip. Plenty of space for the kids to play, and the pool room was an added bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for the limited amount of cooking we did while there.”

“Great host and property”

“We had. A great experience with the ranch house! It was roomy and comfortable. It was close to the area we were visiting.”

“Quiet, and very well located for visits to Mineola and Lake Holbrook. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc, were clean. Linens were adequate. Location and parking were excellent. Home itself needs some maintenance. Water flowed non stop from water filtration system in the back. Gutters are full of debris. Shower handle barely hanging on in shared bathroom. Trash drawer needs replaced. Gaps in flooring in kitchen.”

“Went to the most cutest coffee shop right down the block. Great customer service!”

“Had a great stay! The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a long day on the water. The coffee pot and Keurig were nice touches, and it was great to have coffee, tea, creamers, and filters all ready to go.”

“Great location, quaint place, looked just like the pictures, a step back in time which I loved. I was a little confused by the listing because I thought I was renting the entire house pictured, but I was actually renting a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Great location near down town, an easy walk. The host was super responsive to all my questions.”

“The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there.”

“Very cute place. We enjoyed the view of the lake and swimming/paddleboarding. Not much luck on fishing but it was still beautiful!”
