Devonia House, Southbourne Group Accommodation

Devonia is a luxury town house sleeping 14 people located at the heart of Soutbourne. Only a five minute walk from Southbourne train station there is a direct link to London which can take you straight to London Waterloo or Victoria in an hour and a half. Southbourne has a co-op next door to collect groceries as well as local farm shop just five minutes away on foot.



On foot you can walk to Prinsted coast in just ten minutes and enjoy the beautiful coastal countryside on your doorstep. Emsworth is pretty harbour side town that can be reached in 25 minutes on foot or by 5 minutes on the train. Emsworth boasts and abundance of local resturants, just a few of our favourites are '36 on the Quay' , ‘Fat Olives', ‘The Bluebell', ‘Driftwood' and ‘Nicolinos' Emsworth marina is 20 minute stroll and has a lovely café /restaurant called ‘The Deck' overlooking the yachts.



Devonia has a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining space comfortably accommodating 14 people with ease. On a sunny day you can open up the bi-fold doors and let the outside in as the large garden and terrace also becomes part of your entertaining space. When the weather is not so bright cosy down in the grand living room and enjoy a movie on the large smart television.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, kettle, a Logic coffee machine, cafetiere, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, double over and an induction hob, everything you need to effectively self-cater while not out at one of the many local eateries. There is also a separate large utility area with a downstairs shower.



On the ground floor there is one double room with its own en suite, a further double room and a twin room with a family shower room. This area can be separate into its own annexe and also consists of a separate living and kitchen area with its own enclosed courtyard.



From the first floor landing there are two king size bedrooms and one super king master bedroom with a large wardrobe area and grand en suite with a bath, separate shower and his and hers sinks.



On the top floor is a further large double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. From the velux window you can also just spot Prinsted Sea in the distance!
