Awesome home

We enjoyed our stay here to the MAX. Great layout for our Easter family reunion. Plenty of room and safe yard for our 3 and 5 year old grand kids!

Just what we were looking for

We needed a spill-over house for our extended family that didn't all fit in my daughter's house for Christmas. This worked very well for us, and gave us all some lovely extra space. Beautiful home with great rooms and wonderful light.

Zen stay

The house is beautiful and modern, tastefully decorated and light-filled. The kitchen is large and has every appliance and cooking utensil a foodie could ask for, with tons of storage for groceries. The place is big enough for a family or two couples + kids. The neighborhood was a quiet residential street but only a 5-minute drive to restaurants and stores or to the beach. Very private, with several different outdoor spaces to hang out. Our kids took advantage of the boogie boards supplied by the hosts to catch some waves at Grandview Beach. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to relax, do some cooking, and hang out in the California sunshine.

Goal Setting Retreat

I organize a series of retreats throughout the year for a group of entrepreneurs. I use the house as the "meet up" and have very high standards..this house did not disappoint. Well appointed, beautifully landscaped, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating options and a large living room with plenty of naturals light to take in the sunset from. The communication prior to check-in was seamless and I would highly recommend for those seeking a beautiful quiet getaway, to those who want to be in close proximity to many beautiful SD beaches. I will be back!
