Marsha was a wonderful, helpful hostess. The oasis was beautiful inside and out, surrounded by lush palms, flowers and tropical plants. Inside it was light and airy and decorated with a peaceful, beachy vibe. The oasis had a very private setting, while also very convenient to the beach, downtown, and everything else you could need.

We stayed 11 nights, everything exceeded our expectations, we had everything we needed, close proximity to all that Encinitas and surrounding areas offer; beach, dining, shopping, pickleball, surfing, and hiking. The hosts are wonderful, we highly recommend this property

The perfect getaway

This was the perfect getaway for me, it was quiet, well kept, beautiful grounds and very comfortable energy. The owners were also very excellent communicators and welcoming. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a little nugget of serenity that is close to the beach, shopping, etc. I'll definitely be back!

Enjoyed the hospitality of Greg and Marsha. A cozy upstairs place, artfully decorated in a nice neighborhood. Recommended to those wanting an Encinitas place to stay.

Perfect getaway from NYC

Staying at Marsha and Greg's place was incredibly relaxing, close to all of the beautiful sites in Encinitas and not a far drive from La Jolla and San Diego proper. Lots of beautiful greenery and space. Would recommend Greg & Marsha's place 100 percent!

Cozy Cottage

Comfortable rental

This property was clean, the kitchen and bathroom was well equipped with everything that you need. The bed and living room was very comfy. Marsha was a great host. Would love to return some time in the future.

Beautiful Oasis Getaway

Went down to visit my kiddos & my grandsons first bday. My sister came and stayed with me for a few days & we enjoyed the beautiful retreat. The property was lovely & well appointed. The hosts were super friendly, generous and welcoming ! Would definitely recommend !!
