My stay at this Comfort Inn was lovely! The check in process was very smooth and I had choice in my accommodation, which I appreciated. It also came with flexibility if necessary. The room was accessible, subtle view of the ocean, and was clean & welcoming. Appreciated the amenities of an a/c, sun blocking shades, a mini fridge, microwave, TV, alarm clock, and bathtub. Loved the breakfast included. Also, loved that there was a pool and jacuzzi on the property. Checkout was really accommodating and every staff person I encountered from the desk to the breakfast folks, to the ones that took care of the property were really kind. The beach was prob a 22 min walk away. Great experience overall! Would stay in the future.

It was a nice place place to stay! I didn't realize there was going to be a 50 dollar deposit when we got there despite paying all extra fees and taxes here on Expedia. So be prepared for that lol. It was a nice hotel, pretty clean and the staff where nice. We didn't make it to a breakfast but saw a long line for waffles so those must be good!

Breakfast room was crowded. Food and drinks were OK. Rooms are large and clean with small fridge and microwave. Beds are comfortable. It's a family, budget place and serves that need very well. Fine for short stays. I have stayed many times. RECOMMEND

Excellent place to stay when visiting UCSD, it’s just 15 minutes drive to UCSD. When I took my son for UCSD Open House, we stayed here. The room is clean, has awesome breakfast, plenty of parking lots and free. The hotel is close to Highway 5, so it’s very convenient but not feel noisy at all.
