Good place

A pretty good place to stay for holidays just need some renovation with curtains and some furnitures in bedrooms.

Encounter Bay stay

A pretty house in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to lake and great cafe nearby. We did have issues with cleaning which were resolved smartly, after a chat with the agent.

Handy and homey

Walking distance to the music Festival at Kent Reserve, which was perfect. The place was clean and had all the basics. I’d book again for our next stay but would suggest supplying enough toilet paper for the group (that was a bit of a mad dash to the shop) and a comfortable couch would be a big plus. Thank you.

Great place for a family holiday

We stayed here for a week as a family with a 10 and 8 year old. It was perfect for us. It’s a good size, well equipped, in a nice quiet, friendly neighbourhood and handy to activities. We loved the mini beach a couple of minutes walk away and riding our bikes along the bike path nearby. The board games were handy on the rainy days too! The furnishings are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We’d happily stay there again. It’s worth noting that you need to collect and drop off the keys about a 3-5 minute drive away.

Nice house but some old stuff

Very clean and surprisingly bigger than the pictures. Very positive point. I think the owners could spend some cash to change the curtains. It will be a very good upgrade. Apart from that, the house is on a good location and close to all you need.

room for improvement

Lovely location and house is spacious but pictures dont tell the true story was very disappointed overall the place is in dire need of a good clean and refurbishment. Mattresses need replacing all were well used and you rolled to the middle making it an uncomfortable sleep. The sofas in the lounge room are difficult to get out of due to wear.

Not impressed.

Could be quite nice if properly cleaned, but someone should check over the property before it is rented. There were spiders in almost every room! (which scared my son), and the outdoor table was very dirty.

Affordable & comfortable. Fantastic location.

Lovely little house. Nothing flash but comfortable & affordable in a fantastic location, very close to swimming beach & cafe & 15 minute walk to victor beach & cafes. The main bedroom bed wasn’t overly comfortable. I think the mattress is quite old. Fabulous selection of games to play with the family. It would have been nice if the outdoor seating had been wiped over before I arrived as it was absolutely covered in bird poo. Had a nice relaxing holiday & Encounter Bay is a lovely quiet area.
