“everything was amazing”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“We never had Breakfast at the property nor was it available at this hotel. We didn't receive service out entire stay. When I ask about it, the lady gave me some not so nice answer and I had to empty my own trash. She was a very bad manager and the only thing they vacuum in the room was a spot where the ceiling leak on to the floor. Our bed was never change out entire stay. ”
