"사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! "

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. "It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Hotel is virtually brand new: the hotel complex opened only two years ago. Location is excellent with the subway system (and the accompanying stores and restaurants) within an easy five minute walk. There’s even an 7-eleven super conveniently next to the lobby, and its entrance doesn’t require exposure to the brutal elements at the peak of winter and summer. Rooms are well insulated from noise and thermal extremes. Staff are wonderfully polite and accommodating. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10."

Option 1: Balanced & Professional (Recommended) While the hotel facilities are great and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Sapporo Station, supermarkets, and convenience stores—I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor customer service. The check-in staff were very unfriendly. In contrast, the dining staff were much more welcoming, especially the lovely lady checking the guest list at the restaurant entrance. As for the room, the queen room was quite spacious, but the carpet was old and looked dirty. Additionally, the price felt expensive, especially with an extra charge of ¥900 per person per night. Given the cold reception at the front desk, there are better accommodation choices in Sapporo."
