「Mitten in den "Bergen" aber das Meer direkt um die Ecke. Sehr ländlich und schön (daher auch viele Fliegen - am besten Klatsche mitnehmen) mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und sehr bequemen Betten.」

「We had a great time. The house is spacious and offers a lot of opportunities to relax: swimming pool, billiards, table tennis. Good place to explore Bilbao and beaches.」

「Fuimos los primeros en estrenar la casa. Es la típica casa de pueblo, pero recien reformada. Salón amplio para 5, y suficiente para los 7 que estuvimos unos pocos días. El patio está muy bien, con buenas vistas y bien equipado (mesa grande, barbacoa, sombrilla y tumbonas). A pesar de que tiene unos cuantos escalones, los abuelos se apañaron bien. Las habitaciones, en la 2a planta, muy agradables. Hay 1 baño en cada planta. Tiene una buhardilla que es como una casita, que gustará mucho a los más...

「Our family stayed in the house for a couple of days and were really made to feel at home by Javier and Estíbaliz who prepared us a home cooked meal for our arrival (delicious croquetas and tortilla) as we were arriving late. The views were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed pool and pool table! Would highly recommend.」

「My family and I came to visit my daughter who lives in Spain and we found this beautiful house to rent. It is in a quiet residential area. The home was comfortable, warm and had modern conveniences like a washer/dryer machine that actually worked well and a full kitchen including microwave and induction cooktop. The master bedroom was big with a walk in closet and had an en-suite. I would definitely stay here again.」

Da er nur spanisch spricht, hat er seine Tochter und seinen Schwiegersohn bei der Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung mit hinzugenommen. Die Abstimmung in englisch hat prima geklappt.」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
