"What a wonderful ski-in/ski-out resort hotel. The pool area/thermal spa was amazing. Highest quality finishes in the spa. The swim out outdoor pool was kept very hot for a good soaking after a day of skiing. And the serve drinks. We dined and Peaks and had a great meal. All resort items are expensive but the convenience was excellent. "

"The room was clean and big with a great view of the mountain. There is a dedicated room for storing skis and snowboards so you don't have to keep that gear in your room. The free breakfast was excellent! There is a bar in the main room in order to relax after a long day on the slopes. In case you forgot anything or just need a drink/snack, there is a very small market in the hotel where you can pick up basics. There is an indoor pool and multiple hot tubs (inside and outside). All of this is very wonderful in general, but it pales in comparison to the staff. They are nothing short of top notch. Their ability to help with any request is amazing in-of itself, but their kindness is what truly sets them apart from any other hotel on the mountain. Customer service is second to none and I highly recommend staying here in the winter season!"

"The property is Wonderful! This is the nicest home rental we have had for any of our ski trips over the past 15 years. The home is immaculate, well-stocked, with items labeled, and a fantastic hot tub. Great ski-in, ski-out.Highly recommend "

"This little lodge is the absolute best. In the 8 years I have been staying here, I have never had a bad experience. It is clean and you could not ask for a better staff. The restaurant is amazing, try the elk chili and you won’t be disappointed. "

"We loved Big Sky and overall enjoyed the home and the stay, but the experience could have been improved. The good:- Close proximity to the Big Sky base/gondola... easy walk (cut across the Big Sky Resort parking lot for a shortcut)- Quiet home, great views, reasonably well stocked, clean, and well maintained. The big stack of firewood in the garage was GREAT and came in handy.- Good layout for our group of 2 parents and 4 teenage boys.- Awesome hot tub!The could be improved:- It was challenging getting into the home (we had not received the welcome email, so did not have check in codes or any other information about the home... including, did not know the unit number). It took 2 calls to the management company to sort it out.- Dishwasher was full when we arrived. It's a small thing, but easy to improve.- No map or information about the area provided. The home is advertised as Ski In / Ski Out, however, after 5 nights in the home and a lot of exploration, I still have no idea if it's possible to ski to or from the home. There's an XC trail behind the home (or at least there were a few XC skiers moving across the back of the property), however, absent a willingness to ski the snowy/uphill road, I could not figure out how to ski to a lift. Fortunately the base was nearby, so a .5m walk or a quick car ride resolved, but having guidance on how to ski in and/or out would have been a huge plus. Regardless of the minor issues, it was 5 stars and we'd happily stay again!"

"Great sky and sky out"

"We loved our stay. Cabin was so cozy. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need (except maybe a chip clip:-))) Primary bed was comfy. Hot tub was amazing. And views can’t be beat. Was hoping for ski in ski out, but lifts weren’t open. Acra and Chris answered any question we had and also left a gift basket of goodies for us. We will definitely be back! "
