“We had only two nights here and could have stayed more. The house was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a lot of space for my family, each of my teen children getting their own room. Then there were very nice common spaces. The kitchen is very updated. The house is very close to downtown Ennis. We walked down there for dinner and walked to the grocery stores as well. The owners were very responsive to our questions and they had a comprehensive folder in the house……

“Staying in this space was glorious! The house is designed to be comfortable, restful and it welcoming and it was. The host was very, very nice and she went out of her way to meet our travel needs. “Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. ”

“Beautiful property. There is a small grocery store and pub just a short walk away. The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. “We spent 5 days in this beautiful college in Ballyvaughan.Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to the village, where we could find easily a shop that provides with food and all you may need for your stay. Good starting point for the exploration of Irlands western part.The interior of the house is as described. Nothing was missing for us and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the cozy living room. “We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting”
