Amazing service, hospitality, and wine — it was truly an incredible experience. We weren’t aware ahead of time that the restaurant and hot tub would be out of service, and it would have been nice to have that communicated prior to arrival. That said, the staff was wonderful and made the stay incredibly enjoyable. We spent our evenings relaxing by the fire pit, and the front desk recommended and arranged some fantastic local restaurants for us. It also would have been great to have the restaurant open in the mornings, even if just for coffee service.
Overall, it was a unique and memorable experience all around, and we’re already planning another visit in the near future. We truly appreciated the attentiveness, hospitality, and beautiful atmosphere throughout our stay.

Still Got It
This hotel (one of the first eco-boutiques in Valle) has held up well. The service is excellent and the grounds are stunning, especially over the hill where the "lofts" are located. A great place to disappear for the weekend.

I've been to Encuentro Guadalupe twice and I just love the calmness and chill environment. Definitely not a party resort, it's a place to unwind, disconnect and relax. It has a breathtaking views of Valle from the different rooms.
