TV never works at this location. They don’t even have a remote in the room. When they brought one to the room it didn’t work either and nobody at the hotel could get the tv to work.

Great location

We arrived late and the security guard did our check in, he was extremely kind and caring, location it's perfect walking distance to the restaurants and night life, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I book one night Saturday to Sunday. It was a nightmare I check in. I didn’t even turn on the AC. I went straight to the pool with my family after the pool we got back to the room. We should shower and we left. We came back around 10:20 AC was not working. It was so hot and humid inside the room. I contact the staff. They said they couldn’t do anything not even give me a fan. It was so hot that I couldn’t sleep. Im they said they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t give me my money back so it was a nightmare. I will never stay at that that property again. Parking was to far out not like pictures

The hotel is definitely in a good location. The staff was attentive at check-in. Room was clean. Great water pressure compared to other hotels I've stayed in, in Mexico. The parking situation leaves something to be desired though.
