"Arrived late at night and initially was shown a room next to reception, despite having booked a deluxe room with partial lake view. This was quickly rectified but fan was ineffective and stopped working in the middle of the night"

"This place was wonderful for our family. The staff were so kind and helpful. They had a car on the premise and were able to make multiple trips for us. Breakfast was brought to our apartment each morning, and was very tasty. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. Very close to airport. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I never saw the room. We booked the hotel and when we arrived it was all shut up. We honked our horn for a while to get someone to open the door. We were then informed that it was already booked. The owner asked for more money to put us up in a neighbors hotel. It was 1 o’clock in the morning so I just paid it and went next-door."
