Property was beautiful. Almost seemed like we had the entire place to ourselves! As location was managed remotely, not much engagement with staff- went to another nearby hotel to fill out some paperwork. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast :)

An excellent and beautifully renovated hotel, close to Santander airport. Ideal if needing a quick route to or from the airport, and in close proximity to some good beaches. The area around the hotel is very quiet - a couple of local restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The rooms are stunning and breakfast is top quality - from fresh orange juice and fruit, to pastries, bread, cheeses and local Spanish ham. Yogurts and cereal are also available.

The hotel was fantastic, but this was the first time we have experienced a completely automated check-in. It sure lacks a personal touch with no one to help advise where to go or what to avoid. The check in was quite complicated and everything required your phone to operate, even opening the doors. Arrived on the day the hotel restaurant and several other local restaurants were closed

Beautiful hotel with charme

Very good looking location, well maintained and a lot of Charme. Check in was a little complicated since you need to do everything online to even open the doors. Their is no reception in the building, so if you are struggling with that, you will have to go to a different hotel with a reception (3mins by car). But we managed to make it work and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, good quality products but no fresh eggs or coffee on demand. Nespresso works just fine though. Rooms were a little noisy since there was a family with kids above us which started playing around and moving all the furniture at 11pm. But since dinner is very late, it was not a problem for us.

Beautiful property and rooms. Amazing restaurant attached. Only downside is that that there are no staff members on-site. Air-conditioning didn't work and there was no one available to correct the problem.

Increible que no nos hayan informado de el hotel o de Expedia con anterioridad, como era el proceso del check in. Llegamos al hotel a las 11:00 pm y despues de explorar alternativas, logramos averiguar que el proceso se hacia en otro lugar. Lamentable omision!

Me ha gustado en general y he estado agusto. Me ha gustado el restaurante gratamente y el trato de todo el personal especialmente amable y atento. La única pega es que había mucho ruido a distintas horas, arrastrones de muebles tanto por la mañana como por la tarde y no he podido descansar bien.

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war aber leider grossem Lärm ausgesetzt. Restaurant Lärm direkt unter unserem Zimmer. Festgesellschaft im Garten, direkt vor unserem Zimmer, laute Autostrasse, 24 Stunden summen eines Katalysators. Türen nicht ebenerdig geschlossen, deshalb sehr lärmig.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas aunque se hecha en falta armario, cajones... para guardar la ropa. El palacio es muy bonito y está ubicado en una zona muy práctica. Desayunos muy ricos, con cosas básicas pero suficientes. Bajo las habitaciones y sin apenas nada que lo separe, hay un restaurante. Se escucha micho ruido desde la habitación por las noches, hay musica hasta al menos las 12 y luego se oye como recogen: cubiertos, carros...

El edificio es precioso y las instalaciones son a estrenar y de alto nivel, diría que de lujo, y con un entorno natural espectacular. La única pega es que se hace el checkin a trabés de una app, no en el hotel. Buenísima relación calidad-precio.
