「Great concept for a hotel. Had to change rooms due to pieces of the ceiling falling everywhere. Room keys stoped working after one time use.」

「The front desk staff was super nice. The room was super run down. Peeling paint everywhere, the carpet felt wet. We had to cover a large metal bracket sticking out of the bed with a pillow so no one would kick it. The TV didn’t work but the front desk lady did come and fix it. Breakfast was just poor quality despite having a variety of food. Poor maintenance in the lobby as well. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t book it again.」

I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. 「We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

「This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains.
