「Super cute tiny house! We weren’t there for long, or very much, but it was great while we were there! We were in town for an all-night softball tournament, so only used the house for about 5 hours of sleep before heading home, but the beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was clean, and it had a lot of personality! 「Nice tiny-home. Clean, great communication from host. Quiet. Only complaint is the bed is a sofa bed and not comfortable as there is a bar that you can feel in the middle of your back. 」

「This property has a big kitchen and living room area. The rooms are nice and each have their own bedroom. The house is clean and bright, decorated perfect without being over decorated. Steve is great to work with and responds quickly. This would be a great place to stay for Softball, basketball or soccer tournaments. Or even mountain biking competitions. 」

「This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need!」

「Host Shelby was extremely attentive, reaching out often with helpful information and remaining accessible for any questions. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable—a nice bonus. The location was ideal for my business needs and close to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again .」

「It's a beautiful "little" home from the outside, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. It's very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. Lovely yard and our kids lived the swing set. We'll likely stay again. 」

「We all enjoyed our glamping experience at Sandy Beach. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. My kids loved playing in the lake and sand and the favorite was the jet ski we rented for a couple of hours. Having a campfire with the lake and mountain scenery was another favorite. A very wonderful and memorable experience!」
