*Please note there are security cameras in place at the main door, the driveway, the garage, each side of the house, and two attached to the pool house/outdoor kitchen. Do not move, cover, tamper or take down alarms, security lights or cameras*

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

The pool can be heated for an additional cost March 15th-November 1st. When heated, the pool with maintain a comfortable, moderate temperature of 80 degrees during the day and 75 degrees at night. It won’t feel hot like a spa, but it’s gently heated to take the chill off the water. Cost varies based on the time of year and will require at least a 48 hour notice. Please inquire if interested.

**Pool Half Bath & Outdoor Kitchen is available seasonally from May 15th-November 15th**

** Please Note: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.**
