「Very nice」

「We rented this for a family Thanksgiving trip, and the house was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and do things together, or get away and have some quiet time. The path to the creek was easy and clear, and the firepits were convenient and useful, as the week we were there was quite cold! We also appreciated the gas fireplaces and heaters, as well as the screened-in porch, as we had both hot and cold natured family attending! We had plenty of space for preparing Thanksgiving dinner...

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!」

「Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. 」
