“The hotel staff was amazing and the bartenders and staff at the Alto Restaurant on the rooftop were also fantastic! The only complaints I have are that the AC did not cool down as well as we would have liked. The lowest we could get it to was 70/71 and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the bed had a protective padding under the fitted sheet that was very pilled, so it felt a little bumpy, like sand was underneath the sheet.”

“The room was clean at arrival, we stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, the only bad thing i have to say is the last day, the cleaning staff did not stop to clean our room or leave us clean towels, it was late when we got back so we didnt ask for clean ones. overall i do recommend this hotel.”

“We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, and the later pool hours were a huge plus. The pool being open until 11 PM worked out perfectly since our two girls were excited to swim even though we arrived later in the evening. After checking out, one of my daughters accidentally left her squishy behind in the room. I called the front desk about an hour later, and they immediately had housekeeping check for it. They were able to find it and kindly kept it at the front desk until we……

“Welcoming and safe atmosphere, friendly staff, rather clean. Needs some detailed cleaning in the bathrooms and some tub/sink fixtures were broken and appeared they have been that way for awhile. All in all, I would stay there again.”
