"Only gripe / complaints was the air conditioner ( cool unit ) it did not cool since 1) was not maintained , 2) exhaust hose has no outlet available and having window open for it defeats purpose. Other than that from retrieving the keys was a pleasure from a beautiful and helpful lady whom was very professional to leaving was Very VERY good."

"We were looking for a place off the beaten track, and this definitely is! We crossed the bridge from the train station, and nearly everyone else went a different way than we did at the first intersection. But about five minutes to Mercato Rialto and the vaporetto stop there, and about five more to the Rialto Bridge. "We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
