“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Suites San Leonardo are in a great location, just a short walk to the city center, with the added bonus of safe parking only half a block away. The property is very clean and well kept. While staff is not available 24hrs a day, communication is vey clear which made everything smooth and easy.”

“Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati……

“We really enjoyed walking into Garda. The property is situated in easy asseses to nearby villages. The property was perfectly equipped for our needs. Not a smart TV so we used a 'HDMI to c' lead into the TV so we could enjoy netflix etc through our phone. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. “Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Hang gelegen! Mit wunderbaren Seeblick. Die Betten sin etwas hart gewesen, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und benutzbar. Nur der Warmwasser Boiler braucht sehr lang zum warm werden und man muss schnell Duschen, weil ansonsten das Wasser kalt wird. Würde aber trotzdem wieder dahin gehen!”

“Virkelig lækker plads - lidt mere luksus end det normale ved garda. Indtjekning kunne muligvis være gået hurtigere med mere end en bag disken - men meget serviceminded personale alle steder på pladsen og også i receptionen. Fin gåtur til Bardolino Hcor der er flere små restauranter på vejen ud til søen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! ”

“Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. ”
