Great holiday home in a good location and with very friendly hosts

We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday home in Etel. The house is very well equipped and was very clean and quiet. You can explore the region from Etel very well. A beautiful bathing beach is nearby. We (2 adults and 2 children) really enjoyed our stay there and are happy to recommend it. The booking, handover and return with the owner all went smoothly.

Ideal for a couple or couple with young children.

Very clean and very well-equipped house with a small but private garden. We spent mosty of our week in and around Etel - the town and beaches. Lots of good walks and good local restaurants. Our weather (late September) was very good - mainly dry with a fair amount of sunshine: generally better than the local forecasts! Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.

Super logement!

Cette petite maison est parfaite pour des vacances dans le pays d'Auray et près de Quiberon. Plages accessibles en voiture, ou a pied pour certaine. Le logement est très confortable et hyper pratique pour une famille, y compris avec des très jeunes. Merci à Catherine et Joël pour leur gentillesse et réactivité.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus, es ist picobello sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Vom Schlafzimmer oben hat man Meerblick, ansonsten ist der kleine Garten von Hecken umgeben die den Wind hervorragend bändigen. Es gibt einen kleinen Schuppen um Sportsachen unterzubringen. Zum Strand sind es 8 Min. mit dem Auto, um ans Wasser zu kommen kann man auch 10 Min durch die Dünen laufen um am Barre Etel die Aussicht zu genießen.....Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Séjour très agréable

Charmante petite maison très bien agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Le logement est également très bien situé- à proximité de la Ria d'Etel (véritable coup de cœur) et de la baie de Quiberon. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire: charmante et très disponible

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, in einem Top-Zustand, geschmackvoll dekoriert im maritimen Style, supersauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist total ruhig, man kann sogar das Meer rauschen hören. Etel und Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Ein schöner Abschluss unserer Bretagne-Rundreise! Einfach wunderbar!

Dieses wunderschöne Haus in Étel ist in unseren Augen einfach perfekt - wir waren mit unseren Kindern (2 und 4) dort und haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist top, das Haus ist voll von liebevollen und geschmackvollen Details, da wurde an alle Eventualitäten gedacht (Waschmaschine, Wäscheleine - im vollständig eingezäunten Garten mit Sichtschutz, ein kleines Gartenhäuschen für Strandbedarf, Liegestühle, ausgewählte maritime Deko...). Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich unten, eines oben. Die Treppe ist recht steil, aber Madame Balland hat sogar ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht, sodass das auch mit kleinen Kindern kein Problem darstellt. Beide Schlafzimmer lassen sich vollständig abdunkeln (Rolläden und Vorhänge). Die Vermieterin Catherine Balland ist unglaublich freundlich und gleichzeitig sehr diskret - wir haben uns so so wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt möchte ich den wirklich wunderschönen Blick aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer erwähnen. Ich kann nur jedem raten sich selbst davon zu überzeugen! Wir wollen am liebsten direkt wieder kommen. :) Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Wonderful stay in Erdeven/Etel

We had a wonderful stay in the house as a family. It was close to the town of Etel and had a lovely view out to the sea from the bedroom. The house was completely equipped with everything we needed, the beds very comfortable and it was very practical to have a garden shed for larger beach items and bikes. A big thank you to Catherine as well for being such a great host. Overall a great find!

Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Super sauber und gepflegt! Absolut ruhige Lage an den Dünen von Etel; tolle Natur. Der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Auch ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge un die Umgebung.
