One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.

The best place
This place was wonderful, very clean everything you need in the kitchen was there. The view incredible. My kids loved the place too, they did not want to leave. Our family will be back again when we visit Colorado. We will visit based on this place availability because we don't want to choose another place. We have spoken to our friends and family and they will definitely also be booking this place when they visit Colorado. Kids were excited after a long travel to get free snacks, we even had free coffee and tea. I will recommend this place to everyone. Book it, don't wait. 10 stars for sure.

Our recent stay at Dan's place was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The living room was cozy, perfect for evenings spent playing games and watching movies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The bedroom provided a good night's sleep, quiet and comfortable with nice bedding. We appreciated the little comforts that made each room feel like a private retreat. Outside, the patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The location of the house was great too – it was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions when we wanted to go exploring. Dan was kind and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed for our stay without being intrusive.
