Our spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen-size memory foam beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bright, open-concept kitchen features modern appliances, including a convenient dishwasher, making meal prep and clean-up a breeze. Only downside- just 1 bathroom.

There is free parking in the rear of the property in a parking lot shared with our other properties (ours are all of the black and white buildings) There is on street parking (pay attention to street signs designating which days of the week are for which sides of the street, and there is covered parking available at the hospital across the road for $15 a day.

We are right on 26th street literally across from the hospital, you will possibly hear the ambulance and on the rare occasion the helicopter. It is a very convenient and well lit area, we are in the "city of Erie" but enjoy the uptown vibe as opposed to downtown craziness. Erie is a bit funny (maybe like most cities) if you go a few blocks away you might not like the area as much. Nearly all of our guests love the location, but we have had the occasional guest not comfortable with city living. We have renovated nearly the entire block to ensure your neighbors will be awesome. There is a green (as of creating this listing, once the weather breaks it will look identical to this unit) to the left that is also one of our brand new Renos if you should need more space!

As of the time I am writing this listing, we do not have in-unit laundry (this is our only unit where we do not as the layout did not allow for it). We anticipate putting laundry in the basement in the near future along with some other little updates.
