It had every comfort of home and we woke up, the view from our bed was a closeup view of the Alps, the Lauterbrunnen Valley and numerous waterfalls The negative was checking out! "it is one of my favourite accommodation of my trip. the staff area so nice and it is next to the cable car station and could assets to the train station via the cable car station. I love the balcony with an amazing view of eiger mountain. there is a microwave at the breakfast area and it would be great to heat the food at the balcony of the room. the only thing I would suggest for improvement is installing a door at the bathroom. I would recommend to stay here instead of staying in the centre of Grindelwald."

"While visiting The JUNGFRAU region, I didn’t know where to stay… Grindelwald, WENGEN, MURREN or LAUTERBRUNNEN. I decided on Grindelwald and I’m really glad that I did. It’s convenient to everything we wanted to see… You can get to SCHILTHORN, all the other towns and JUNGFRAUJOCH within two hours. The town itself is cute. Make sure you don’t stay by Grindelwald terminal. Make sure you stay by Grindelwald BAHNhoff. It’s much cuter. Nothing around terminal. This hotel was so convenient and the lady at the front desk was wonderful. We got a cute little room, which was the cheapest room possible with the king or two twin beds pushed together. We had views of the spectacular mountain from not only our windows, but our balcony as well. it is literally right next-door to a restaurant that has great pizza and salads. The breakfast is outstanding… Order a custom omelette every day. The restaurant has views of the mountain as well. Is truly spectacular. We will definitely be back and would stay at the same hotel again. It’s only about 5 to 7 minute walk from the train station. Lots of shopping in the area as well. The best part that was the convenience to the train station, which will take you all over the region. We were only there for two full days and saw everything and more"

"Hotel Falken is a charming hotel perched on top of the town of Wengen. If you like character, classic charm, and warmth, you’ll love your stay. The hotel offers the most beautiful views of the mountains and the breakfast buffet (included in your stay) was delicious with many options. It’s pricier, but worth it. "
