Come stay in this family home, ideally located near the beaches of Lourtuais, Portuais, and Centre. Its location in the upper reaches of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, will provide you with peace and quiet.
Spacious, south-facing, and enhanced by a garden overlooking the sea and Erquy Bay, it sleeps 18 and can accommodate up to 15 guests.

On the ground floor:
- A very large living/dining room for 15 guests with access to the terrace with a view of the sea;
- A large kitchen with sea view, open to the living/dining room with access to the terrace;
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom adjoining the master bedroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet;
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- A play area with board games and children's toys and a desk;
- A large dormitory room with 4 standard-sized single beds (2 x 90x190cm beds and 2 x 80x200cm beds);
- A bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a mezzanine bed (90x200cm);
- A bedroom with a trundle bed (2 x 90x200cm beds) with a cot and a mezzanine;
- A bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) and a balcony with a sea view;
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet;
- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet;

On the garden level:
- A living room with a cinema area (overhead projector and DVD player) and garden access;
- One bedroom with two twin beds (90x190cm) with garden access;
- One bedroom with a king-size double bed (180x200cm) with garden access;
- One bedroom with a trundle bed that can accommodate two people (2 beds: 90x200cm) with garden access;
- One bathroom with a bathtub and toilet;
- One laundry room with sink, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Each bedroom has an Ethernet connection, and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the building.

This property is a self-contained house and does not have a conventional heating system (except in the garden-level room and the master bedroom). Each bedroom is equipped with a supplemental heater, and the house has a fireplace on the ground floor and a stove on the garden level.

Location grand groupe

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Belle maison avec une très belle vue, très bien pour un grand groupe. Juste un "bémol "avec le lave-vaisselle qui n'a pas fonctionné et une douche qui était bouchée... Location agréable et très bien située.
