「Very good communication and clear instructions. My only suggestion would be to include dishwasher directions. It seemed to take far too long to wash a load and the buttons are unclear/faded so wasnt sure how to put on a short/eco load. 」

「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」
