「Clean room 」

「Wonderful property. Friendly staff. Beautiful spacious room.」

「It was cold during our stay and although we turned the heat up the room remained cold. The temperature must have been preset to a maximum number. That was disappointing. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff at the coffee shop were kind and helpful. There is an upgrade charge for a referegator and a microwave, which is standard in every other hotel/motel we have stayed. I don't feel there should be an upgrade charge...

「My first room already had someone in it. My second room was by the stairs which I specifically asked not to be near. When I told the staff all I got was, “sorry, we will train our staff better “. 」

「We stayed for one night while visiting the community that we grew up in. The cabin is located within walking distance of restaurants and close to downtown Burnsville. The cabin was wonderful-nice and cozy with a beautiful lighted Christmas tree when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again if in the area」
