This was a super cute VRBO nestled right in the heart of downtown Erwin! The loft was clean, had everything we needed, and was a seamless check in/out process. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the future!

Great loft apt in the heart of Erwin… very clean , beds were comfortable…. easy access and parking !!!! Close to the town coffee shop…. very quaint gettaway !!!! perfect location for us !!!!stag here but not a for handicapped or elderly … on second floor large amount of stairs …. washer dryer access ….felt safe and secure….

The property is clean, unique, and spacious. It’s an old building so it has its quirks, low water pressure and a loud A/C, so loud it’s hard to talk over. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is great and parking was easy.
