"This was my first visit to China. The staff reached out to me before my visit and made me feel incredibly welcome.

"What a great place , staff was super helpfull and help us with a guide for a day (ask for Nancy she is the best).
The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable.
As Dali's old town is closed for cars please contact the hotel a day before you arrive so they can help you with the suitcases. "
