Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!

Tem tudo para ser 5* mas falta serviço restauração

O hotel tem muito conforto e condições físicas, mas falha no serviço de restauração. Piscina, ginásio e quartos muito bom. No restaurante a empregada trocou os pratos e a confecção dos pratos foi muito má. Pareceu que aqueceram a comida da última refeição, tivemos de comer à la carte no bar. O pequeno almoço é bufete, mas com alguns produtos do dia anterior.

Ski hotel that is good in the off season

We stayed at the Erzerum Sway Hotel while on a long-distance road trip. The hotel was very nice, but obviously, its primary purpose is for skiers in winter. The hotel was quite comfortable. The breakfast was a good Turkish style breakfast. Even though it was the "off season," this was good place if you are looking for a comfortable place to relax in the Erzerum area.

Eksiler ise; odaların önlerine tamamiyle yanlış şekilde konulmuş mobilyalar ve gece yarılarına kadar orada oturan misafirlerin seslerini odada duymak ve uyuyamamak, (fotoğraf aşağıdadır) resepsiyondakilerin bunu engelleyememesi, kaloriferi iyi çalışmayan ve geceleri sesten uyuyamadığımız odayı değiştirme talebimizi 3 kez söylememize rağmen bizimle ilgilenmeyen resepsiyon görevlisi Mine Hanım ve otoparkındaki karların tuzlanmaması veya kürenmemesi.
