This charming Minorcan villa enjoys a privileged location with breathtaking views of the sea and the fortress of La Mola. It features a private swimming pool and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa is just 16 minutes from the airport. It is located in the Sol del Este neighborhood in Es Castell, and only 10 minutes on foot from the lively port of Cales Fonts.

The Property:

A beautiful, spacious, and very bright family home. The villa has a lovely garden surrounding the private swimming pool.
