Wonderful old finca
We loved our two week family stay. The house is situated a couple of kilometers outside of the village of Gran Migjorn, down a gravel road. Really easy to find. All bedrooms have ensuites. The sixth bedroom is a bit of an afterthought and there were arguments about who slept there. Luckily it was a 6yr old that was due to sleep there, so we managed to squeeze him into one of the other rooms. Its old but all of the bathrooms and showers were good.
Whist we were there one of the toilets was not working properly, the kitchen tap was broken and there was an issue with the washing machine. All issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently.
The location is great, with no direct neighbours and surrounded by fields. Very private. As much as we loved the finca and our holiday, considering the price, there were lots of small details that should have been much better.
It appeared to be very unloved. It was not very clean, there was mouldy cutlery in dishwasher, hairs in bathrooms, we recleaned floors.
You could tell it had been loved once, but now it seemed that as things have been replaced the replacements were cheap and nasty. The towels were at least 10 years old and threadbare, the pillows were awful and appeared to be filled with small cubes of foam, the washing line hangs limp and you cannot straighten it, broken utensils in cutlery drawer, broken parasols by pool. All little things, but in my opinion it cheapened the whole experience.
