“1.住宿前先把護照拍照及一些資料輸入，check in時就會非常方便，掃描QR CODE 到他發送密碼進入房間不用一分鐘，如果英文日文不好的，或跟櫃臺人員有溝通恐懼的倒是非常方便，check out也是掃描QR CODE就走人了
2.這次入住若要說稍微不滿意的應該是住了5晚就都沒人打掃，因為規定好像要6天？以上（有點忘了規定）才會有1次人員打掃，建議規定可以放寬。
3新大阪坐新幹線、地鐵、JR都非常方便，但周邊跟我以前住的是冷清了一些，有便利商店，但沒有超市”

“If you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to think about this carefully, a nice stay but it is on the third story.
I was happy with our stay and if I hadn't already planned a different place, I would have been happy to extend our stay at this location. They were polite, kind and quick to respond.

“The Goldhouse is just a 7 min walk to the Shin Osaka station. This station is a main hub with high speed rail access to Tokyo and other locations. The property is clean, quiet, and safe. The property has a washer with detergent and clothes hanger. The clothes easily dried in a day. The place comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and pots/pans along with dishes. The property manager/owner is extremely responsive.”

“This is apartment is literally across the street from the Shin-Osaka station. This made it super easy for our family to jump on the subway or Shinkansen for all of our adventures in the Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe area. The apartment was clean and stocked with all of the basic necessities that we needed. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided great communication regarding directions, check in, check out, etc. Our family of three (two adults and one teenager) would totally stay……
