"I stayed at stayAPT Suites Pensacola for two nights over UWF Parents Weekend, and was very impressed with the entire experience.
I arrived after hours while traveling alone, and the staff made the process incredibly easy. They proactively contacted me before arrival, verified my plans and provided clear instructions for retrieving my room key through their secure lockbox system. The option to use a digital key through the app was also a nice touch. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and secure the property felt, with key-card access required beyond the lobby area.
The suite itself was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, feeling more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I also appreciated that the $150 security deposit was refunded promptly on the day of checkout.
The location was perfect for my trip. It's next to a shopping center with Publix, Target, and several restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Since I didn't have a car, the convenience was a huge benefit, and the proximity to UWF made it ideal.
We normally stay in a traditional hotel when visiting Pensacola, but this experience has changed that. I will definitely stay here again on future trips and will look for other stayAPT locations when traveling elsewhere. Highly recommended."
