Hello Farooque, we appreciate your kind feedback. Our property has never featured a restaurant (we are working on this!), and consequently, we haven't advertised it as an amenity for our guests. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited availability of local restaurants during the holidays, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Each of our cottages is equipped with fridges, microwaves, egg makers, coffee machines, and toasters. Additionally, we offer grilling areas throughout the property for your convenience. We are so happy to hear that the team were responsive to your requests for assistance. We hope that you visit us again in the future!

Hello Fred,Thank you for your feedback, although I must admit, I find it rather puzzling.Upon your arrival, our front office team graciously offered you a complimentary upgrade to one of our recently refreshed, more spacious cottages. All the bedding, furniture and seating in the cottage is brand new. Additionally, there were plates and utensils available in the kitchen, and our housekeeping team would have been more than happy to provide you with extra plates and cups if needed.As noted on Expedia, our restaurant is not operational at this time. The team provided you with a complimentary breakfast basket and information about nearby restaurants and food delivery services.The television is placed in the main living room area of the cottage, as it is the central gathering space for most families.We regret that your experience at the Ranch was not up to your expectations and wish you well.

Hello Anny, I left you a voicemail and sent you a text message because I would like to have the opportunity to discuss your recent stay with us. I was disappointed to see that you left a one-star review. During our brief conversation, you expressed frustration about the malfunctioning barbeque grill next to the cottage you were staying in. I suggested that you could use the beautiful new built-in grill area with 3 grills located approximately 50 yards away. Additionally, I immediately called our maintenance person to address the issue while you were present. Unfortunately, a new part needed to be ordered, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I spoke with your wife, who was understanding of the situation. We also provided you with a complimentary bottle of wine, which we hoped would help improve your experience.
