“Building under construction so pictures are not accurate. Website does not mention this. Did not have water for more than an hour. Requested additional shampoo and it was not available at the lobby; I was asked to go back later. Website indicates soundproof rooms, but this was far from being the case, it was very noisy.”

“The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.”
