Inside, you’ll enjoy a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and private deck—ideal for morning coffee, glass of wine, or stargazing at night. Just minutes from scenic trails, wineries, and local eateries!

From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted mountain views from every room of your private, 1-bedroom, 2-bath sanctuary—including right from the comfort of your bed, outfitted with luxury bamboo sheets and blackout shades for a truly restful sleep.

*Native Wildflower meadow coming soon! We are in the process of transforming the bungalow hillside into a native wildflower meadow for future guests to enjoy. The green seeding you see is an eco-friendly, non-toxic mix that is safe for all!

The interior is designed for both relaxation and productivity. You’ll find a chef-ready, fully equipped kitchen, a stocked coffee and tea hutch to fuel your day, and a dedicated flex space perfect for remote work or a morning yoga session. Enjoy movie night on Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, all while staying comfortable with central heating and AC, plus a full washer and dryer.

Our property is located in a very high fire risk area surrounded by natural wilderness and sensitive wildlife habitat. To protect the land, the bungalow, and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbors, we have a very strict no smoking, vaping, or open flames policy—both indoors, outdoors, and anywhere on the property. This includes candles, incense, fire pits, solo stoves, or otherwise.

Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may incur additional fees. Thank you for helping us preserve and protect this special place!

This place was perfect: cozy, tranquil, private, and very clean, well appointed, and put together. I would definitely go back again in the future! A beautiful little gem to relax in among the hills of Escondido. The kitchen had everything you needed and the office/yoga room was great.
