Mitten im Örtchen

Der erste Eindruck wenn man das Haus betritt ist nicht der beste. Es wirkt ein bisschen schäbig. Wenn man die Treppe hoch kommt ist es dem Preis angemessen. Der PVC Boden in der Wohnküche wurde über einen älteren Teppich gelegt. Ein super Trittschalldämpfer der allerdings Wellen schlägt. Der Rest der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Zum super Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale. Der Strand ist nochmal besonders zu erwähnen. Der ist schön weitläufig und bietet für kinder viele Spiel und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Schiffe gucken kann man auch ganz prima.

Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten ein schöner Urlaub

Bei Anreise waren wir bereits 3 Stunden bevor die Wohnung bezogen werden konnte vor Ort um den Tag am Strand zu verbringen. Als wir uns telefonisch erkundigten ob der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz bereits benutzt werden kann wurde dies sofort mit einem freundlichen "Ja" beantwortet. Weiter wurde uns sofort angeboten die Kurkarten und Unterlagen die normal bei Einzug in der Wohnung liegen im Büro ab zu holen damit wir keine unnötigen kosten am Strandportal haben, was wir sehr nett und zuvorkommend fanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut Zentral alles was man benötigt ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur vertragen und ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten eventuell mal instandgesetzt werden. Die Reinigung des Geschirr durch die Vormieter war leider alles andere als sorgfältig so das alles vor Gebrauch 1 mal gespült werden musste. Und die Spinnweben und Staubfäden sollten etwas gründlicher entfernt werden. Aber alles in allem ein gemütliches älteres Haus in guter Lage mit einem gewissen Charm. Würden es auf jeden fall wieder buchen.
