「This was my second stay and first big plus for me is the location 2 mins walk into the main square. You are 2 mins from the tram line and all the shops and main square. 「Very nice and elegant hotel in the Center of the old down and with all highlights of the city in walking distance. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The facilities are good. I minor negative was that asked 2x to have flowers on the room (for my wifes Birthday) and i got a confirmation it would be taken care off. Sadly it was not. When we did leave we asked for a wake up call, which we also confirmed 2x but we got no call. As said this is not really a big issue but i would think for a 4*...

Hotel was nice and was given a free upgrade on our room. Margarita was extremely helpful and simply the best. She went above and beyond to help me get my phone back after leaving it on a transfer bus. Couldn’t help her enough 」
