「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「Great place, have all amenities. Nicely warm and spacious. Beds must be more comfortable for sleeping. The beds in children's bedroom are hard and make your back hurt. But manager is truly helpful and the whole staff. We had a really great stay!」

「Excellent location walk to main lifts , staff super friendly and the accommodation was lovely. We not watch out we had a mezzanine room the king bed was huge but the two twins on the lower level my 15 yo was a bit big for .
