"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

"We were extremely happy with our stay here. The children absolutely loved every minute. The grounds are just perfect for a relaxing break to let the children roam free enjoy being outdoors. The kids loved the indoor pool and spent lots of time here every day. The open fire was amazing during the evenings. We thoroughly recommend a break here especially with children."

"We stayed 2 weeks at this property and despite poor weather enjoyed it very much. The gite is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. The owners live on site and were excellent hosts. Madame Noirot was extremely helpful in suggesting where we might visit and thanks to her advice we saw far more of the country side than we would otherwise. "The gite exceeded our expectations and Bruno was an amazing host/neighbour who made sure our stay was everything we wanted. The property is lovely and was really cool during a very hot August. The gardens offered cool shade and a plenty full supply of fresh fruit. And then there was the lake which was just gorgeous. Just so good in so many ways....we will back 😊"
