  • EOS 2 is only a short walk away from the town centre and Esperance Foreshore. The large enclosed backyard makes for a perfect space for the kids to run around and enjoy the sunshine. This self-contained duplex property offers 3 bedrooms; with 2x queens and 1x single, 1 bathroom and a open plan dining, living and kitchen area.

    Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Bedroom 1 & 2 offer a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. A large enclosed backyard.

    Lock box located the property for shelf check in.

    Please be mindful of noise as this property is a duplex and the front unit is occupied.

    There is car rentals available in town through Avis Car Rental & Bikes and even e-scooters for hire in town to help you get around.

    Pets are not permitted at this property.
    Our home is fully furnished with quality linen on all beds and bath towels. We would advise bringing your beach towels if you plan on having a dip at our beaches.

The property was very clean and in a great location. It was quiet and close to the centre of town, and had a well equipped kitchen.However, some things to note: a) we arrived in the dark and the solar lights did not work and it was very confusing accessing the back yard as instructed; b) for the price we paid the decor was very ordinary - bathroom fittings ill-fitted, cheap couches, little warmth in the premises; c) washing machine leaked water on the floor outside the toilet; and, d) we had major issues with the duplex situation: 1. we could hear everything from the front part of the premises through the duplex door which was not sound proof or adequately partitioned. 2. all of our party felt really uncomfortable with this situation - feeling unsafe (especially the females) and a feeling of being entrapped. 3. these conditions, for us, were very difficult to accept and gave us a feeling of disappointment in such a beautiful town.We travel a lot using online listings from various providers and feel that this property could do much better.
