It was both my parents’ wedding anniversary and their birthdays, and I wanted to surprise them. After booking, I realized my reservation was not for three people, and instead only for one person and two twin beds. I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount. Shopping Vitória is just five minutes away by car. Breakfast and parking were included, which was a great bonus. There are a few small areas in the property that could use updating, but nothing that affected our experience.
