Great location right next to the Medina. But beyond that, I would NOT call this place 4 stars. The bed was very shaky for 2 people, the bathroom was quite dirty, the flooring was all tile, the building is quite dilapidated. I had to place tissue paper in the door to stop it from making noise due to the wind and the toilet ran all night. This place should be 3 star max.

The property is very old and not renovated. There are no stairs. I booked a suite. It was sooo dirty, the balcony like never opened. No internet, phone, no cooler, I had walk down 3 floors to go to front if I just need an extra towel. It was a horrible experience and no even said we are sorry.

Good spot.
The hotel is in a great spot. Close to the beach and the medina. I’m sure it will be a great place in the summer. We went just before new year (winter) and was really quiet. The hotel overall is a bit tired.

February 2020 stay
Three minute walk from Supratours station and convenient to the port and town centre. The pool was quiet as it was off season.

Great location, breakfast and nice property
The room was nice. Clean. Great breakfast buffet and location as on the beach as right beside the medina. Only thing I did not like was the rooms were hot even if cool outside. If no air conditioning in the room it would be a good idea to have windows or doors with screens to allow cool air to circulate in the rooms and still allowing your guests to feels secure with sleeping with the windows or doors open or invest in air conditioning units in the rooms. It was difficult to sleep comfortably at night as the rooms were too hot and not in a millions years would I be crazy enough to sleep in a room in a hotel while leaving the doors wide open.

hôtel très vieux, à rénover absolument. Nous avons changé de chambre car les prises étaient sorties du mur. La deuxième chambre pas d'eau chaude, le flexible de douche laissé passer l'eau, on nous l'a changé, le robinet d'eau chaude du lavabo ne coulait pas (pas d'eau) le plombier est venu changer le système complet du lavabo. La fenêtre de chambre ne fermait pas car cassée, pas de lampe au dessus de la table de la chambre. Télévision limitée, car une seule chaine française sur les 7 disponibles. Certains personnels désagréables. Incident avec un barman, qui n'a rien compris à la commande. S'étant trompé il nous dit de garder les boissons servies par erreur et qu'il nous apporte celle qui fallait ; il nous demandait 10 dirhams de plus pour avoir cette boisson. Nous avons fait une réclamation écrite à l’hôtel et le responsable de l’hôtel a remis les choses en place avec le barman. Il y avait de la peinture argentée sur les meubles des chambre, on s'en mettait plein les mains, la baignoire était en mauvais état, des rustines grossières ont été faites dans cette baignoire. Très cher pour cet hôtel qui est dans un état miteux. Je regrette ce voyage. Je n'aurais pas payé d'avance, je serais partie dès le lendemain.

Hotel práctico
El hotel está situado a escasos minutos a pie del centro de Essaouira y a primera linea de costa. El hotel es correcto, el único problema es que en su momento las habitaciones debieron estar muy bien y ahora han quedado anticuadas (en especial los baños). El servicio fue muy correcto y el ambiente es muy tranquilo y silencioso. El parking gratuito es muy útil. La humedad de Essaouira pasa una mala jugada al hotel ya que las habitaciones huelen un poco mal y hay que ventilar bastante. En definitiva, un hotel correcto en el que deberían realizar algunas modernizaciones de los baños.

En god oplevelse.
Hotellet ligger lige ved havneområder lige ved siden af medianen og med flere gode restauranter og spisesteder i gåafstand. Hotellet er opdelt i decideret hotel med værelser og en del med bungalows/rækkeværelser rundt om en udendørs swimmingpool, hvor man kan, hvis man er i bil, kan parkere lige udenfor sin bungalow. Kan bruge en opdatering men alt i alt et hyggeligt og stille hotel som kan opfylde de flestes behov og for os en god oplevelse.

No service and very lid hotel
There was no hot water for a shower, the stuff is not friendly at all and they do not help if you ask something... the rooms are very old and the breakfast was very bad..... We will never go back to this hotel !!

We were severely disappointed with this hotel. For the rate we paid, we were expecting a clean, comfortable, well kept hotel. Unfortunately upon checking in, we were directed to our rooms which were out the back, not connected to the main hotel. They more resembled a motel. The rooms we clean, but aged and outdated. The gardens and paths are unkept with weeds and grass growing from all areas. The external condition of the hotel looks nothing like the photos. The building is run down, and needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. We stayed one night and cancelled the following two which we had booked. We won’t be recommending this hotel.

OK hotel med små værelser. Har perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til den gamle bydel og lige overfor stranden. Hotellet trænger til renovering.
